"I thought the 9 Steps were pretty spot on brotha! I'd say half the things u keyed in on are things I've been working towards but all your steps are super solid and actually broadens an artists mindset as far as elaborating on the the 'how' and 'why' you should do this. That's the awesome part because you aren't just stating things to do. You are giving the artist goals, ideas and actually making them question certain tactics they are using helping them figure out which things works and don't work. Feel like that in general is giving that artist the challenge they need to grow not only physically but also mentally. Because then they start to question their own abilities and push themselves more. Definitly give you props. Everything is well thought out!"
